To accelerate the adoption of renewable energy, we developing an innovative blockchain-based ecosystem for distributed ownership and payments. This ecosystem empowers individuals to participate in our sustainable energy projects wherever they are most needed.

Problems we solve
Lack of solar in industry areas
We call it the "Tenant-Landlord Dilemma."
Solar energy is most profitable when the provided energy can be consumed locally, rather than exported to the grid. Despite this, we see large areas of industrial buildings without any installed solar panels. Why is this?
We realize we have two main problems solve.
**The Tenant-Property Dilemma.**
The business conducted in building and the energy consumed is used by the tenant. The tenant would be interested in lowering energy and supporting the green energy transition, but they face two problems preventing this: 1) they no roof, as the roof for solar installation is owned by the owner; and 2) they need the flexibility to move their if it needs to expand or reduce in size.
On the other hand, the property owner has the roof but does not consume any energy. Adding a solar system is not part of their core business and only adds complexity to their business model.
Intellishares solves this by introducing a third party, Intellishares and RWA token holders.
**Intishares SA**
- Rent the roof via our local service company, IntelliPower.
- Build the solar farm on the roofs.
- Tokenize the power of the farm.
Collect payment for the energy from the tenants.
- Distribute payment to RWA token holders in Intelli-t (INT).
**The Tenant**
- Receives a lower cost of energy and can demonstrate their contribution to a green energy solution.
- Can purchase RWA tokens to access energy at significantly lower costs while consuming the energy locally.
Can sell the RWA tokens again on the Intellishares marketplace or to a new tenant if they decide to move.
**The Property Owner**
- Earns new revenue from a part of the property was previously just a cost and risk.
- Can invest in some or all of the RWA tokens if they wish to collect revenue from the energy itself.
- Lowers risk by transferring some of the roof-related risk to us. We will monitor the roof's status and, in some northern countries, measure snow load and use the solar farm to melt snow on the.
- Can claim to be part of a larger solution supporting the green energy transition.
- Can buy out the complete solar installation at a predefined cost if needed during the installation's lifetime.
**The RWA Owner**
- power of the farm is owned by the RWA token holders, who now collect the generated profit from the farm as INT tokens sent directly to their wallets.

We at Intellishares ask ourselves every day, why isn't there solar on that roof? How can we add more energy storage to the grid? Can we make it more profitable to invest in green energy generation? Can we build smart services that will better support the future grid?
Most of the time, the answer is yes. The solutions are available, and with our knowledge gained from many years of experience in IT, Blockchain, and Energy, we find solutions and services that we can bring to the market with the support of our investors and community.
Who we are
In 2017, our journey in crypto and the green transition began with our work in the solar industry and the launch of our first wind- and solar-powered mining project in Sweden. Since then, we’ve built numerous solar installations and are now expanding into large-scale energy storage systems.
In 2024, we’re taking this to the next level with the birth of IntelliShares SA, a tokenized company based in Lugano, Switzerland, created to fund the expansion of our green energy and tokenization ventures. Together with our shareholders, we will build, operate, and tokenize large-scale systems that produce and store green energy, while also offering support services such as FCR, Green Hashpower, and backup power—all in support of the global shift to sustainable energy.
